DINING OUT CLASS

Hello everyone. I just wanted to start this journal as a way for others to know how I deal with daily stress and eating issues.
Last nite was the class about dining out. what a great fun class. we had great participation and congrats to Jim for losing 7lbs this week!!

What a fun quiz, remember to always ask the waiter for what you want. You are in control of what you put in your mouth.

Confessions of a dieter..thats me .... I ate under stress today and that is something I always struggle with. But remember to always pick yourself up and start fresh, the next meal.
Also always plan your next meal, so you are not caught off guard and eat out of impulse.

  1. Social sites are beyond me (too old) but blogs I love. Lisa, you do a great job keeping us motivated. Now I'm thinking about food more than I ever did, but I'm thinking about HEALTHY choices!! And because I'm losing a little bit every week, I think I'll be able to keep it off by changing lifetime habits!!

  3. As of tonight I have lost 7 pounds since beginning your class. My goal was to lose a pound a week and I'm right on target with that. I'm excited about my new commitment to healthy eating and exercise. Thanks for all your help and your obvious caring.
